Your Erasmus experience begins on Monday, 29th of January, with the Welcome Week. That is one week full of events and activities prepared exclusively for exchange students like you by ESN VUT Brno in cooperation with BUT International Relations Office.

To take part in the events, choose one of the three activity bundles. 

  • Platinum - 63€     ORDER HERE
    • Includes all the activities and a welcome package. 
    • The only one that includes a Welcome trip - full day trip to Znojmo with an underground tour and wine cellar visit with wine tasting.
  • Gold - 26€     ORDER HERE
    • Includes some activities and a welcome package.
  • Silver - Free     ORDER HERE
    • Only a few activities. 
    • We recommend going at least on admission day where you will get important info about your stay.

Please note that you can only participate in Welcome Week activities after proper registration for the events has been completed. Even if you choose the free bundle!

There are a few things to keep in mind:
  1. Spots are limited due to the capacity of some venues where the events will take place. 
  2. As a Platinum or Gold package holder you can pick up a welcome package the first few days of Welcome week. 
  3. The exact times for the events will be announced in advance. Stay tuned.
