WELCOME GATHERING
Each semester we warmly welcome our newcomers and Erasmus students with our signature Welcome party. As part of Welcome Week, a week full of exciting events designed to introduce you to the culture, hidden gems, and vibrant life of Brno. This evening is the perfect chance to meet new people, make connections, and start your semester with unforgettable memories.
BOAT CRUISE
Yes, it’s a real deck on a real boat! Each semester we set sail across the beautiful Brněnská přehrada with a fresh and exciting theme. Evening breeze on deck, music setting the mood and the stunning scenery of Brno’s lake surrounding you. Boat party offers a unique way to connect, dance, and celebrate under the open sky. Simply enjoy Brno from a different perspective, this event is one of the highlights of the semester.
TRAM EXPRERIENCE
A tram ride does not have to be just about getting from point A to point B. Once a semester, Brno ‘s iconic trams, called Šalinas, transform into an extraordinary moving venue filled with lights, music and dance floor. As you ride through the city from a completely new perspective, you’ll experience Brno in a way few ever do. And yes, the surprised looks of pedestrians watching the tram go by, make the journey even more unforgettable.
GOODBYE GATHERING
Every journey eventually comes to an end, but goodbyes don’t have to be sad. Our Goodbye event is a chance to celebrate your erasmus memories one last time. It’s our way of thanking you for being part of the community and giving you one more evening to enjoy, connect and carry Brno with you in your heart. Eventually after months of experiences, friendships, and discoveries, it became your second home.
